Finally !


The windows fitted, some of the walls re-plastered, ceiling and all walls painted.
And the Christmas tree is up and bedecked. 

It took us longer than expected to get here and that's why I have been missing from the blogosphere  for a while.
I have a lot of catching up to do with reading all your blogs. I'll get to it shortly.

    1. Oh, thank you, Annie.
      That chandelier was bought in France when we lived there. It was cheap (from a discount store) and I just had to have it. It is one with small candles in glass holders. x

  3. I'm glad you're all sorted at last. It must have been a lot of hard work but it's been worth it as it looks fabulous. The window is the perfect setting for your tree. X
