Pancake Day


Ah, perfect !

So what is your favourite filling/topping ?

Pancake batter
  • 250 grs sieved flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • vanilla to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml milk

    Me too Elpiniki. I make them regularly especially when our chickens are laying eggs aplenty. :)
