- By no means am I a chef, but since my teenage years I started experimenting in my mother's kitchen. I am a food lover and cooking is my favourite past-time. I like my ingredients to be pure and processed as little as possible. On and off we have been growing vegetables and fruits organically for over 10 years. After about 12 years abroad, 7 in Ireland and 5 in France respectively, we moved back to our home country, Belgium in 2008. I just wanted to add that as I am Belgian (Flemish),I hope you can forgive the oddities in my texts and spelling. Feel free to correct me, as I want to learn from my mistakes.
